What this site is
SekiList is an independent, community-curated index of companies in the 1/1 scale doll industry. We do not sell dolls, take orders, handle payments, ship anything, or hold stock. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any company listed here.
Prices, specifications, availability and images are collected from public sources and go out of date. Treat everything here as a starting point and confirm details with the seller before buying. Any purchase is a contract between you and that merchant; we are not a party to it and cannot help with orders, refunds or disputes.
You must be 18 or over
This site catalogues adult products. By continuing you confirm you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and that adult material is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account; do not impersonate anyone else or adopt a username designed to be mistaken for another user or for site staff.
What you post
You keep ownership of collections, posts and comments you create, and you grant us permission to display them on the site. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, or infringing someone else's rights, and do not post other people's private information.
We screen catalogue entries and user-supplied tags against terms associated with child-like products and refuse matches outright. Attempting to route around that screen will end your access. This is not negotiable and there is no appeal queue for it.
We may edit, hide or remove content and suspend accounts where these terms are broken. For a site this size that judgement is made by hand and we will not always get it right — write to us if we have.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its backend; do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others; do not resell or republish the index wholesale. Reasonable personal use, linking, and quoting with attribution are all fine.
Links out
Listings link to manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Those links are not endorsements, and we have no control over what those sites do or sell.
Rights and takedowns
If you own rights in an image or text used here and want it removed, email contact@sekilist.com with the URL and what you own. We will remove it while we look rather than argue first.
No warranty, and the limits of our liability
The site is provided as-is. We make no guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or continuously available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from anything you buy from a company listed here. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top will say when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
