International doll store comparison

before you buy · shipping · budget

Buying from another country? Compare Annie's Dollhouse, Silicon Wives and Silicone Lovers by seller location, dispatch information and the policies that could change your final bill. The most useful answer is not which shop says “worldwide”, but what it will commit to for your particular order.

What this comparison covers

This is a comparison of published sex doll store policies, not a purchase test, a ranking or an endorsement. We selected three indexed, English-language multi-brand stores with accessible policy pages and different approaches to international delivery. They appear alphabetically, not in order of quality. We have not tested checkout, support, delivery or refunds.

The linked pages are the evidence reviewed on the date above. Seller statements are labelled as such; an unknown means these sources did not establish the answer. A currency selector, directory country tag or shipping headline does not confirm that a particular model can be delivered to your address.

Seller location is not dispatch location

A shop can describe a US or UK business while arranging delivery from a supplier elsewhere. Ask separately for the seller's business details, the country where your exact order will be dispatched, and the address used if a return is agreed. None of these necessarily matches the others.

Policy differences that matter before payment

Annie's Dollhouse: get a destination-specific quote

Its order-process page estimates 10–14 days for production, followed by roughly 7–10 days for delivery after approval and shipping arrangements. These are separate stages, not a guaranteed arrival date. The FAQ gives shorter estimates, so ask which applies to your configuration.

The refund policy lists cancellation fees of 5% in the first 24 hours, 20% at 24–72 hours and 30% at 72–96 hours, with no cancellation after 96 hours. Highly customised orders cannot be cancelled; in-stock purchases are described as non-refundable, with physical issues handled separately. Damage on arrival is distinguished from a change of mind; the policy requests immediate reporting of issues and unboxing evidence for a wrong-item claim. The FAQ's blanket no-refund wording differs from this damage exception, another point to clarify.

Resolve before paying: “For this model and postcode, what is the dispatch country, total shipping charge, treatment of import charges, and applicable cancellation rule?”

Silicon Wives: budget for non-US import charges

Its shipping and returns policy estimates 2–5 weeks for assembly and another 3–7 business days for shipping. It asks buyers to report damage or defects within 24 hours, restricts refunds to arrival damage and allows cancellation only within 24 hours; Ready to Ship orders cannot be cancelled. Non-US buyers should not read free shipping as taxes-paid delivery.

Resolve before paying: “Will you accept this exact order for my destination, where will it dispatch from, and what evidence and remedy apply if it arrives damaged?” Save the answer and plan to inspect promptly.

Silicone Lovers: distinguish region and stock status

The shipping page offers to share duty charges for destinations where prepayment is unavailable, up to 50% with a US$200 cap. It also gives a 3–6 week overall estimate alongside longer UK/EU free-shipping transit estimates of 40–50 days. Those figures do not form one consistent delivery promise; request a current, service-specific timeline.

The returns policy, version 1.2 effective 22 November 2025, treats made-to-order cancellations within 48 hours as subject to a US$400 fee issued as 12-month store credit; after that, only shipping fees are refundable. For stock intimate/adult goods, US/Canada sales are final once dispatched. For UK/EU stock goods, it describes a 14-day cancellation window after delivery, provided goods remain unopened and unsealed, with buyer-paid returns. It says it supersedes conflicting website wording. The shipping page's 24-hour change window is not a promise of free cancellation.

Resolve before paying: “Is this item stock or made to order, which dispatch route and shipping service am I buying, and which destination-specific charges and refund terms apply?”

Turn these differences into a shortlist

Our reading: Annie's requires a shipping quote outside the US; Silicon Wives makes non-US import costs a buyer concern; Silicone Lovers publishes more regional distinctions, but still leaves an order-specific timeline to resolve. More detail is helpful for asking questions, not proof of better service.

Compare the same manufacturer, model and options across stores. Then compare written quotes for your destination, including shipping, any separately payable import or handling charges, and the cost of an agreed return. A lower displayed price is not enough to identify the lower delivered cost.

Keep a dated copy of the product configuration, policy pages and seller's answers before paying. If two pages disagree, request clarification rather than choosing the more generous sentence. Treat a vague answer as an unresolved cost or delivery question, not as confirmation.

A message to send before ordering

Adapt this with the model and destination you are considering. You need not send a full street address for an initial enquiry.

I'm considering [model and options] for delivery to [country and postcode]. Please confirm whether you can deliver this exact configuration; whether it is already in stock; its dispatch country; production and transit estimates separately; the shipping service; all included and excluded charges; cancellation deadlines and fees; and the damage-reporting process. If you agree to a return, where would it go and who pays the transport? Please link the policy that applies to this quote.

For authenticity checks, continue with buying safely. For the practicalities of receiving a large box, see buying discreetly. This article does not determine import legality or your legal rights; consult the relevant authorities for your destination rather than relying on a seller's shipping claim.

Sources, limitations and corrections

All store-policy links above are primary sources reviewed on 20 September 2026. They document what each seller published, not whether it fulfilled those promises. This is a selective summary, not a replacement for the complete terms. Policy wording can change, and an old review date should prompt a fresh check before payment.
