DL Doll is a Japanese-language doll store that also sells dolls under its own DL Doll name, a line it says it started in 2020. Prices are in yen and include tax and shipping within Japan, and the store sends photos of the finished doll before it ships. Because dolls are made to order, it takes returns only for a serious defect reported within three days of delivery, and it charges a cancellation fee that rises once production has started.
